A developer is threatening to sue the city of Indianapolis over the old GM stamping plant site.
Ambrose claims the city has defamed and disparaged them, resulting in $30 million in damages.
Their statement also denounced the city’s threats to take the property by eminent domain.
Corporation counsel for Indianapolis says they do not comment on threatened or pending litigation.
