IUPUI men’s basketball Head Coach Jason Gardner and the school have agreed to “part ways” following Gardner’s OWI arrest in Fishers on Monday.
Gardner was arrested just after 5 a.m. on Monday by the Fishers Police Department after officers found him asleep behind the wheel of a stopped car in the middle of an intersection.
He failed several sobriety tests.
Associate head coach Byron Rimm II has been named interim head coach for the 2019-2020 season.
