Indiana’s deadliest highway revealed

Geotab, which is a company that collects driving data, took a look at statistics from over a 10-year span from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
After digging through the numbers, they found that U.S. 41 in the western portion of the state along the Illinois border is the deadliest highway in the state.
They said that between 2008 and 2017, 106 fatal crashes happened on U.S 41. State police don’t know exactly why more fatal crashes are happening on the highway that runs from Evansville up to Chicago.
